Sarina Regehr

GROWTH & POSITIONING

Though I live in San Francisco now, I’m originally from Boston and spent four years on O‘ahu. With a background in venture capital and GTM strategy, I help early-stage founders clarify their positioning, understand their market, and launch products with scalable traction.

My experience spans early-stage startups, venture programs, and ocean technology, where I’ve led GTM strategy, partnerships, and narrative development for teams navigating launch, growth, and early traction. I love helping founders turn complexity into clarity and stay focused on what matters most.

Outside of work, I find balance freediving, playing soccer, and traveling — often with my dog Milo in tow.

BRAND & DESIGN

I’ve lived in and around San Francisco for over a decade, and if you’re wondering about the accent—that’s from having grown up in Cambridge, UK.

But(!), I’m actually Italian—I was born in Rome and am a native Italian speaker. I’ve been making things for as long as I remember so it’s only natural that I love working as a designer and making art, food and hand-knit sweaters in my free time.

With over a decade of experience across branding, visual identity, packaging, campaigns and more, I’ve worked in diverse industries — from robotics and SaaS to wellness and consumer goods — bringing products and stories to life.
